Terms of Service

By ordering services by telephone, email, or the website, the client accepts and agrees to Preferred Cleaning Services LLC service terms. 


Hours of Operation: 

Office hours: 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday 

Service hours: 9am - 5pm Monday through Sunday. Appointments considered outside of normal hours.

Holidays: We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day


Products:

Preferred Cleaning Services provides all products and equipment necessary to clean. 


Appointment Times:

We do our best to arrive on time for scheduled appointments, however, circumstances beyond our control may cause us to be late. These circumstances include traffic, weather, and other customers. If we are going to be late you will promptly be notified with an estimated time of arrival.


Payment Policy:

Payment is due on the day of service by cash or credit card. 


Getting Ready for Service:

Valuables, irreplaceable items, and sensitive information should be brought to your cleaners’ attention or put away if possible. We are not responsible for missing items that have not been secured for safe keeping. 

Pick up any clutter on surfaces or in areas you want cleaned. We will move items but anything you do will help us identify areas that need attention. If you are having cabinets or appliances cleaned make sure these areas are empty.

  

Pets:

We require that pets be secure during appointment times. This is for the safety of your pet, our employees, but to help ensure we efficiently complete our work.

  

Damage or Breakage:

If we cause damage to your property, we will correct this situation. If we are aware of the damage, we will first notify you. Depending on the value we will pay to replace or repair the property, or report it to our insurance company. If you believe damage was caused by us, notify us within 24 hours so we can perform an investigation.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, every time! If you are  less than 100% satisfied after we leave, notify us within 24 hours and  we will gladly return to correct any situation for no additional  charge.
