By requesting a quote or ordering services by telephone, email, or the website, the client accepts and agrees to Preferred Cleaning Services service terms.

Office hours: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
Service hours: 7am to 7pm Monday through Saturday
Holidays: We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day
Preferred Cleaning Services provides the products and equipment necessary to clean your home. Our products are eco-friendly and completely safe for your surfaces, however, there are two specific surfaces where we may ask permission to use chemicals to clean. These surfaces are ovens and concrete. This is because natural products need an extended time period to clean these surfaces. We will never use chemicals without your knowledge and approval.
Additionally, we do accept special requests from customers who prefer we use their products to clean.
We do our best to arrive on time for scheduled appointments, however, circumstances beyond our control may cause us to be late. These circumstances include traffic, weather, and other customers. If we are going to be late you will promptly be notified with an estimated time of arrival.
Payment Policy/Return Check Fee:
Payment is due on the day of service by cash, check, or credit card.
Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.
Getting Ready for Service:
Valuables, heirlooms, collectables, and other irreplaceable items should be brought to your cleaners’ attention or put away if possible. Cash, credit cards, check books, and sensitive information should be put away. We are not responsible for missing items that have not been secured for safe keeping. If you believe an item has been misplaced it must be reported within 24 hours from the completion of the service so we can perform a proper investigation.
Pick up any clutter on surfaces or in areas you want cleaned. We will move items but anything you do will help us identify areas that need attention. If you are having cabinets or appliances cleaned make sure these areas are empty.
We require that pets be secure during appointment times. This is for the safety of your pet, our employees, but primarily to help ensure we efficiently and effectively complete our work.
Damage or Breakage:
If we cause damage to your property, we will correct this situation. If we are aware of the damage, we will first notify you. Depending on the value we will pay to replace or repair the property, or report it to our insurance company.
If you believe damage was caused by us, we require that you notify us within 24 hours so we can perform an investigation.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, every time! If you are less than 100% satisfied after we leave, notify us within 24 hours and we will gladly return to correct any situation for no additional charge.
